State of Alabama 219 U.S. 219, Supreme Court of the United States, Docket Number 300 (1/3/1911) IN ERROR to the Supreme Court of the State of Alabama to review a judgment which affirmed a judgment of the Montgomery City Court, in that state, convicting an employee of a breach of a contract of employment, with intent to injure or defraud the employer.
